1. Data Collection
LaneDodger does not collect, store, or share any personal information (such as your name, email, or location) on its own servers.
Local Data
All game progress, including your Bank Coins, Best Distance, and Inventory, is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
Game Center
The App uses Apple's Game Center to manage global leaderboards. When you submit a score, it is sent to Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how they manage Game Center data.
2. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since all data remains on your device, we do not have a way to identify or contact users.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using LaneDodger, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
2. Virtual Currency & Items
The App features virtual "Coins" and "Items" (Shields, Magnets, etc.) earned through gameplay.
- These items have no real-world value.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods.
- Items are licensed to you for in-game use only.
3. Ownership
The code, graphics (cars, environments), and sounds within LaneDodger are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including loss of game data (scores/coins) if the App is deleted from your device.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
