This tool splits footnotes into individual sources (e.g., 2.1, 2.2), assigns pullers in contiguous blocks, extracts any URL found in each source line, and exports an Excel-ready sheet.

Step 1 — Configuration & Input

Paste footnotes, or upload a Word .docx to extract footnotes automatically.
Like Scholastica keywords: type a name, then , to create a tag. Click × to remove. Pullers are assigned in contiguous blocks across base footnotes.
Applied to base footnotes (then sources become N.1, N.2, etc.).
Default keeps assignments grouped.
Skip footnotes that are only Id./Ibid.
Word upload: Only .docx is supported. The file is processed locally in your browser.
Tip: If your paste is messy, try “Split footnotes by” = Blank lines or Every non-empty line.

Step 2 — Actions

Assign pullers, mark pulled status, and export.
Excel colors: Pulled = Yes exports green rows; Pulled = No exports red rows.
